Her Story 

Meet April, a beautiful 12-year-old Maltese mix who is ready to spend her golden years in a loving home. With her soft gray muzzle and delicate pink toes, April’s gentle spirit shines through, even after all she’s been through. Despite being deaf, she communicates her love in the most heartfelt ways, showing that age and challenges have only deepened her capacity for affection. April’s previous family could no longer find time for her, but she knows that time spent with those who love you is what truly matters. April is looking for a quiet, patient home where she can be cherished for the sweet and resilient soul she is.

Her Sponsorship 

April will need sponsoring for her daily care at the rescue, including for her food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of her rescue journey, and she would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great!
